OVERNIGHT/COMMUTER CAMP INFO:
July 9th-12th 2011
Overnight camp is
for girls entering grades 5-12.
2 Divisions: High School and Middle School
Graduated seniors are encourage to attend.
LOCATION:
The camp will be held on the Bowdoin College campus in Brunswick, Maine.
OUTSTANDING
FACILITIES: (photos below)
Pickard Fields- 35 acres some of the best groomed turf in all of New England.
Blessed with amazing natural drainage and assisted by in ground irrigation, the fields provide some of the best settings for
camps in the country.
Howard Ryan Turf Field- The artificial turf dedicated in 2001 allows Bowdoin teams to play outdoors
all year long. The lit turf will be utilized during camp for night games!
HOUSING AND MEALS:
Overnight and commuter campers will eat in the # 1 dining hall in the country!!! Overnight campers will be housed in excellent
college dormitories with 2 per room and floors arranged by age. You may select a roommate preference. Suites for four
people are available as well.
COMMUTERS: You will arrive for sessions at 8:45am each day (check in with Katie
Hawke).
Lunch and dinner are provided for you.
There will
be comfortable lounge areas for you to relax in during free time.
Each night you will be picked
up at the fields and check out with Katie Hawke.
FEES AND DEADLINES:
Overnight camp has a fee of $525 -
Commuters camp has a fee of $460

Full payment or $250 deposit is due with registration
Final payment is due by July 2nd
All deposits are non-refundable
No
refunds of remaining balance after June 18th.
We are only accepting payment by check in 2012.

OTHER PROGRAMS:
We will have a recruiting talk given by the college coaches and current collegiate players on staff.
Mr.
Ward will discuss many of the ins and outs of the recruiting process. Anyone interested in playing lacrosse in college
will be encouraged to attend.
ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN:
Monday July 9th 11:30pm -1:30pm at Coles Tower
Lunch will be provided on the first day!
All camp meeting at 2:00 outside the dorms.
First session BEGINS
at 2:30.
DEPARTURE and CHECK OUT:
Camp End: Thursday July 12th 12:00pm
(parents are encouraged to attend the final games 11:00am-noon)
Check out will be immediately
following the last games.
Everyone must return all key cards. There is a $50 fee for lost or unreturned cards.
